Wahoo! SQA documents are FINALLY in
Accreditation of our Vocational Curriculum is submitted
We have been working on submitting documentation for accreditation for our vocational area for university credit. This required writing a Program Guide and Course Descriptors for Automotive Engineering, Construction Trades, Hospitality and Tourism, and Cookery. Karen even went the extra mile with writing documents for both 1 hour classes and 2 hour classes. This along with accreditation Self Evaluation forms was submitted today to Samoa Qualifications Authority branch of the Samoan Government. This project has taken most of our time since the beginning of the year.
Getting to know the doctors in Samoa
Both Bud and Karen have had the opportunity to visit the doctor here in Samoa. (Bud for an ear infection and Karen for an infection on her leg.) Going to the hospital we hear is not a good thing, however the local doctor seemed good and seemed to know what they are doing.

TVET Shirts - Primary Kids
TVET Shirts
One of the teachers thought it would be great to have matching shirts for our TVET Department. Who would have thought the material they picked out would have been pink. We wear them on Mondays for "TVET Unification" . At least it is better than wearing a tie.
Primary
We love our little Primary Class. It is hard to get all of them coming at one time. Here are some of the usual attenders.
